Start em:

Kyle Orton: 22/32-273 3TD – Denver got demolished worse than I expected and made for a perfect scenario for Kyle Orton to throw the football all day.

Tim Hightower: 8-24 rush, 1-4 receiving – Ryan Torain was deployed for the first time this year and looked great. Might be time to put Hightower on the bench until Torain gets hurt.

Daniel Thomas: Did Not Play; I guess that hamstring was worse than expected.

Lance Moore: 5-50 – Certainly nothing special and not what I had hoped for; still seeing lots of targets per game.

Eric Decker: 5-56 2TD – Decker starting to look like a viable weekly play catching 2 TD passes in week 4. Now has 4 TD catches this season already while Lloyd is yet to catch 6 points.

Brandon Pettigrew: 6-64 – Was unable to catch a TD this week but with 6 receptions he is certainly seeing plenty of targets per game. Scheffler who had a TD catch is the first 2 weeks seems to have been left behind.

Sit em:

Matt Ryan: 28/42-291 TD, 4-26 rush – Not as low key of a game as I had hoped for from Ryan as he through 42 passes. Atlanta continues to look shaky letting the Seahawks score 28 points.

Ben Jarvis-Green Ellis: 16-75 TD – Was still able to rush for 75 and a TD despite Steven Ridley getting 10 carries for 90+ yards and a TD. I still worry about Green-Ellis in the coming weeks given how well Ridley is playing.

Steven Jackson: 17-45 – ST Louis isn’t able to get anything going on offence of defence; Washington’s run D was able to stuff Jackson all day while keeping Sam Bradford below 4 yards per pass completion.

Chad Ochocinco: 2-26 – Not worth starting until he has a big game; waiver wire material at the moment.

Nate Washington: 2-62 – Didn’t have the big week some people were expecting replacing Kenny Britt as the #1 Wideout in Tennessee; still has good value going forward with Matt Hasselbeck playing so well.

Fred Davis: 4-34 – The Redskins running game and defence are playing very well, making it so that Rex Grossman, who is still turnover liable doesn’t have to throw the ball very often. Still a decent option in very deep leagues but I dont expect much from him week to week.

—————————————————————————————————————————————

Big Week 3 Injuries: James Harrison (PIT) – Ben Roethlisberger (PIT) – Andre Johnson (HOU) – Trent Cole (PHI) – Rashard Mendenhall RB (PIT) –

Key Waiver Wire Adds: Ryan Torain RB (WAS) – Jared Cook Jr. TE (TEN) – Stevan Ridley RB (NE) –

I hope my picks were able to help you, or at least didn’t hurt you. Let me know what you think of my weekly picks and even send me yours, I’ll post them along with mine each week!
