Players you MAY want to consider putting in your roster for week 10.
Josh Freeman (TB): I’m not to high on Freeman on a weekly basis. He has been unable to hook up with Mike Williams they way he did last year, despite the fact he s throwing the ball more. The reason I have him as a sleepers this week is because I believe Houston will have the lead for most of the game resulting in another 30+ attempts for Freeman.
Matt Moore (MIA): Moore had a very nice fantasy performance last week in the win over KC going for 244 yards and 3 TDs without a turnover. This week he faces a much tougher defence in Washington and is certainly not going to throw for 3 TDs again. However, his role will be to help the Dolphins manage the game and limit turnovers; with last weeks momentum I would not be surprised if he went for another 200 yards with 1-2 TDs.
Ben Tate (HOU): Tate runs behind the one of the best rushers in the league in Arian Foster but is still able to put up extremely good fantasy numbers. He has already topped 600 yards along with Foster while adding a pair of touchdowns. This week Houston plays Tampa Bay is on a bit of a skid and was ran over by Saints RB’s last week. With Andre out for another week expect Houston to pound the ball on Tampa.
Chris Ogbonnaya (CLE): This guy was a hot waiver wire pickup before week 9 when people found out he would be getting the start with Hillis and Hardesty out. Ogbonnaya then proceeded to fumble the ball on his first carry of the game, finishing with 23 yards on 22 carries. Before you give up on the guy, make sure you consider that he will once again have no Hillis and Hardesty, and will be running against a much much friendlier St Louis Rams squad.
Laurent Robinson (DAL): Miles Austin won’t be suiting up this week, so it will be Robinson who will be stepping up alongside Dez Bryant. Robinson has caught 24 of the 32 passes he has been thrown, and has recently received praise in the media from his coach and teammates. I really like his chances this week in hauling in a touchdown pass from Tony Romo against Buffalo.
Jordy Nelson (GB): Might make more sense for this guy to be on my start list since he isn’t much of a sleeper these days. The main reason for him being on this list is due to a stat that has been ongoing. Minnesota allows a lot of points to #2 receivers, which is what Nelson is; expect a TD catch.
Michael Jenkins (MIN): This Monday Night the Vikings get another crack at Aaron Rodgers and the Packers, whom the gave a handful too in their last meeting. Christian Ponder has a couple more starts under his belt this time around and will need to do some slinging in order to get a win. Jenkins leads the team with 3 TD catches and will likely be needed on some big plays under the Monday night lights.
Good Luck in Week 10 Everyone!!
